Very useful for both client and clinician!
I have been using this app for my clients for the last few months and have found it incredibly helpful for getting an inside look at what my clients are experiencing between sessions, which of course helps our treatment process. It is also super convenient for me as a clinician because I am able to access everything in one place! I also appreciate the tools for coping and practice exercises to work on treatment goals. I highly recommend this!
