Stops working frequently
I like the app when it works, but I’ve had several problems with it. Just stopping working out in the field. It’ll open itself briefly and then immediately close. That’s happened several times. Especially after a update.
Great when it works
The app is extremely helpful, but recently it has been buggy frequently, shutting down or freezing on certain pages making it impossible to retrieve your notes. When it’s good, it’s great.
Crashes so many times
Continues to crash. Can’t access any of my notes. Will also stop recording if you get a call during the recording. It’s promising and was great for a short time, but can’t even get on to access my notes or to cancel my subscription.
Simple and Accurate
I have tried all the other notetaker and Moments is definitely the easiest to use and the reports are amazing. Highly recommend to all of my colleagues.
Keep closing
When I first downloaded the app it worked wonders. I don’t know what is going on with this app in the last two weeks. It shuts off in the middle of recording. I sometimes can’t open the app. I have had to uninstall the app five times just to get it working. Honestly the app was a real lifesaver in the beginning but now it has become more of a hassle. After today I will be looking for a new app
