I thought I could use the free version of the app. There is no such thing. You’re prompted to subscribe immediately and it’ll be hard to cancel so don’t take that risk. It’s a scummy tactic.

Very Helpful
It helps me to keep on track on my mood swings, what triggers me and how to deal with them. It’s also helpful to have an overall before talking w my therapist. I would give a tip tho about the widgets to set on my Home Page— they look like it needs some adjustment.

Good app , one small advice
This is such a good that that tracks my mood multiple times during the day. It’s also nice to see an analysis of my mood swing.
One small piece of advice is that maybe to add a picture function attached to the mood tracker and memory. It would be even better if we can insert multiple pictures for one mood/memory.
Appreciate the time and effort in developing this app.

Moodnotes
Gr8 little app. Easy to use and you can jot notes about your day. Has settings to remind you to do it on a daily basis. Only con is that with the new Focus app from apple, the remind setting does not show up if you have it set as Do Not Disturb, not even a badge on app.
Maybe with the new iPhone 17 and new iOS system, improvements will be coming… hmmm

One thing is missing
When selecting thinking traps, as soon as you select one, a dropdown text box should open up underneath so you can fight the trap immediately. When you pick 2 or more, and go to next screen, it’s impossible to remember them all. The two screens need to be combined.

у разрабов вообще все с головой в порядке? какой смысл ставить бесплатное скачивание, если приложение буквально не работает без оплаты. бесплатно вы разве что можете только 1 раз описать свое состояние, а дальше вы не то, что описать, вы даже смайлик по типу «хорошо», «нормально» ко дню не сможете добавить. отвратительно, вы реально считаете разумным платить по 300р в неделю, ради заметок???? которым есть тысяча аналогов?? не знаю почему его так нахваливают, но приложение переоценено, если хотите с комфортном использовать при этом бесплатно, вам точно не сюда. ибо здесь вы не то, что с комфортом, вы даже просто им не воспользуетесь.

Exactly what I needed
I was looking for a way to track my moods, patterns, and thoughts in order to identify what I can work on. Great for anyone, not just for people targeting CBT.
This app has really helped me organize my thoughts and keep a log, so I’m not relying on past recollection of how I am doing. Incredibly helpful.

DO NOT USE FREE TRIAL. NO WAY TO CANCEL IF YOU CHANGE MIND
I knew in 5 minutes this app was not for me. As it was a free trial I would just cancel. Good luck. Developer subscription management takes me to my subscriptions ; however no link for app. In all my years I have never approved a charge for a free trial onl6 to not have an option to cancel. I knew Apple was getting sloppy on protecting users from devious apps but to allow free trials and no option to cancel? That’s promoting theft!

Very Helpful CBT app!
Even though I see a therapist and work on CBT and ACT techniques, it can be difficult to remember to use the techniques during every day life. With the app I can set a reminder to check in and see how I’m feeling and challenge unhelpful thoughts. Surprisingly, there have been times where the app actually made me stop my negative thought and reframe it which made me feel better. I didn’t think it would really do much when I downloaded it, but I’m pleasantly surprised!

Subscription is required!
The app seems great but is almost completely useless without a subscription which they don’t mention at all until your account and app are fully set up. You can still use the app for notes but there seems to be nothing else you have access to unfortunately.

This app is a wonderful app to tell your emotions in your moods into think about the questions that have been asked in this app will make you wonder about why and how you do the things that you do and how you become your best self❤️❤️❤️

Why do you have to pay for everything when you have r to pay for this high phone bill. I feel like this app should be free to help people get on track of their feelings.
Very Good App, but…
I like the app. It has a simple and helpful Format. The only problem is I’m unable to adjust the negative moods. The app only allows me to move around the positive moods. Is there any way to fix this?
