App crashes when I try to add to journal
update: I bought a new iPhone and the app now works. I have no idea why. Also, apparently my email to the support team did not reach them. If so, perhaps I made a mistake in the email address. In any case, my review (below) was noticed about two months later, and they responded politely and helpfully. So, the app works again and the app is supported.
Original review: The app worked for a while. But now any attempt to enter data just makes the app crash. There seem to be two ways to ask for support (email and a website). I sent an email and several days have passed without a response. I attempted to send a message on the website and could not tell if the message was actually sent or received. Acknowledging messages seems like it should not be too hard.

Thievery
I once was a big fan of this app — in fact, all the apps from this developer. Then they got greedy.
Their Growth Bundle provided reasonable pricing for all of their apps and I've been a subscriber for five years. But my recently-renewed subscription is no longer active in any but one of the 10 apps I use — and I'm being gouged to the tune of $340+ every year if I want to continue using them.
Developer support is nonexistent; my email messages are being ignored. Given the plethora of reasonably-priced apps that do what this app does, you're better off looking someplace else.
And the app simply crashes now that when I launch it and dismiss the offer.

Paid for the year subscription and now the app crashes and I can’t even use it. Waste of money. It used to be a good app too. Absolute scam and wish I could get my money back.
CRITICAL BUG PLEASE FIX
I just purchased the annual subscription and I can’t make an entry, every time I try to add an entry the app force quits. I can’t even use the app :( This is so devastating I was really looking forward to it especially since I paid for it

Crashes
Used to be a great app but crashes when trying to add a mood. Like others, I tried reinstalling, lost my history, and it still didn’t work! One of my favourite developers but this is a shame.

Really looked forward to using this app, paid for the subscription and it immediately crashed. Every time I open the app it crashes. I can’t use any aspect of the app. This is a scam and I wish I could get my money back. Do not download this app!!

Just downloaded this app and purchased the annual subscription. However whenever I click (+), the app closes/crashes. I can access all other settings but I can’t seem to add an entry. Have tried restarting and redownloading, but still unable to use. Please fix immediately

Got my money didn’t get an app
I purchased this app, it just crashes. I cannot even use it to give it a proper review. I emailed support and have not heard back. I would really give. It a zero star rating or a negative star rating. Super frustrating.
Keeps Crashing

Crashes when I try to log my mood
I’ve had this app for a long time and paid for the premium subscription. It now crashes every time I try to add an entry. It’s essentially useless at this point.
Crashes too much now
This WAS super helpful to me, for a few months but then the app started crashing. I keep checking because I expected an update at some point but the last one was 2 months ago. I paid for the subscription but now it’s awful. I just hope this will get fixed because it clearly helps a lot of people.
