So when I change settings or like eq it will shut the prime p1 off completely and I got a brand new one to see if that was the problem and it still does it

Issues with Mooer Prime P2

I can't use the app with my Mooer P2 sense the new upgrade comes. This is the text that appears, “Please upgrade the firmware to the latest version via MOOER STUDIO computer software”. I’ve tried deleting the app and installing it again, but doesn’t work. This app used to be great.
