Issues with Mooer Prime P2
I can't use the app with my Mooer P2 sense the new upgrade comes. This is the text that appears, “Please upgrade the firmware to the latest version via MOOER STUDIO computer software”. I’ve tried deleting the app and installing it again, but doesn’t work. This app used to be great.

Latest update crashed the app on iOS. Asks for update but there is none. Prior to that I couldn’t modify any settings in the app. May just return the pedal since I can’t use the app. Bummer.

This is my first multi-effects pedal, and after seeing many positive reviews online, I decided to give it a try. The ability to combine cabinets, amps, delays, and other effects so easily is truly impressive—especially for a price that isn’t too high.
As a beginner, I found it very intuitive and fun to use right from the start. I’ve really enjoyed exploring its features and customizing my sounds.
However, after the most recent update, I can no longer pair the app with my Mooer Prime M2 😔. While it’s a relief to know that my presets are still saved on the device, I’m someone who really enjoyed tweaking them through the app, since it made everything more visual and user-friendly.
I truly hope this issue gets fixed soon. I’m very grateful for all the work that’s gone into this device—it’s a very complete and impressive tool. I just hope the user experience keeps getting better with future updates.

PHONE WONT CONNECT TO DEVICE!!
iPhone 15 won’t connect to the prime p1 and also won’t read the QR code with the provided qr scanner but will read it with normal iPhone camera. Very frustrating!!!!

Latest update (from yesterday) no longer allows me to connect with my P2.
Fix the work of the cabinets!
When changing presets the cabinets are switched off !
It immediately makes it worse.

Zero issues. Shockingly good for the money
It’s not here to really compete with the Helix or Quad. It’s a very affordable, convenient alternative to packing a big board to the hotel or couch. I’ve had hours of fun.
Crashes on iPad
Can’t use at all. Crashes immediately.
Does no longer allow to edit presets
The app says that my P2 needs a firmware update, but it’s already on the latest version, and prevents from entering presets. I cannot edit presets anymore, and my P2 is unuseful. Well done Mooer. Please update soon

I think I just bought a paperweight you can’t get a proper app download for ISO for this pedal or at least I can’t find it anywhere if anyone has an idea I’d appreciate a holler back
BPM adjustment could be improberò
The application is well structured and functional. I would add a slider to adjust the metronome and drum bpm because I find the side arrows inconvenient. True, you can also adjust them by tapping, but the slider imho is most convenient. Thanks in advance for your time.
