Need a faster way to archive cards. Right now it’s way too cumbersome to remove cards from your wallet.
Perfect for Passive Savings
I’ve been a member of Moola since December 2020. Since then I’ve saved $183.24 by purchasing my gift cards through the app. The search process and checkout is extremely straightforward. The app is easy to navigate and it’s great to see all my gift cards in the one place. They also allow you to archive used cards and edit the remaining balance so your cards remain current.
You’re not going to save a fortune overnight with Moola. Instead, if you use it regularly you will see savings add up overtime. I usually save 1-3% on all gift card purchases, however I see some brands offer up to 6-7%. Sometimes the brand won’t be offering any savings promotion; but I’ll still buy from Moola for the convenience of having all my gift cards in one place. I like to save my initial few percent on Moola, then try to find a coupon/promotion on the store I’m interested in buying from so I can combine my savings!
I’ve had three instances where I required customer support since downloading the app. Every time, once I report my concern clearly to customer service, I would get a response back within 1-2 business days. They’ve always been extremely kind and helpful.

Purchase
Very very slow process. Everytime I buy something I get an email saying thanks for your purchase then a minute later another mail saying there is a problem with your order. Even buying as a guest I get the same issue
Transaction is just pending
So today I purchased an Amazon gift card from this app and although my bank shows that it went through but the moola app still shows my purchase pending
I don’t know if I am supposed to wait or what I already tried to contact them through their website hope it works later I will come to edit my review

Slow and undeveloped
Horrible, avoid at all cost.The promo not worth it. Saw the promotion in the restaurant, downloaded the app and bought a 150 CAD gift card. It turned that you cannot use it right away as the transaction is still pending. It took 6 six hours for someone to contact you via email to confirm your credit and the transaction. It’s not like they promised that most issues can be fixed in 1 hour. In the end I had to use my credit card again for my meal.
It just causes unnecessary anxiety and sweat for that promotion. Not worth it!

Great app great service
My transaction got pending for a few times but representative is able to reach out super fast to solve the issues for me even on a Sunday! And that’s absolutely amazing! Special thanks to support team rep, Rose! Very fast response and hopeful. Overall, best gift card purchase app ever!
NEEDS WORK ON GIVING ME MY CARD SOONER
Bought a 25$ PlayStation card and it says there’s a problem with my order and it’s stuck on pending don’t use this app unless they fix it
First Order Cancelled
Bought an Indigo gift card for my first order. It was immediately flagged and I got a notice on the app saying to send an email to their support email. I figured - hey it’s my first order they probably just want to make sure I’m not a bot.
So I email them with my info such as the order number. I get a response back asking for more info which I give. Then before their stated 72 hours in which they’ll cancel, they cancel my order with no warning.
The kicker? The payment is pending on my credit card.

Amazing app for Saks Shopping
This app is such amazing. It helps me save lots of money. Even I can buy Saks Fifth Avenue gift card with 5%off on it which is means buying Prada with discount! Love it and wi recommend to my friends!
Unresponsive customer service
I purchased a gift card from moola a while ago but when I login to my account now I can’t find it. I looked for a customer service number and couldn’t find any. Filled out a customer service form 2 weeks ago and haven’t heard anything from them. I wouldn’t feel comfortable buying from them anymore.
App works no good and customer service so poor
Always put my order on pending, I celled my bank they said the app already took the money, so why the order still on hold???? Also, do not buy gift card on weekends, if there is something wrong, no customer service reply!!!!!
Actually Works
I bought now more than 5 giftcards now a few amazon and ebay ones, the amazon ones works great but the ebay ones were pending but I contacted their customer service who responded quickly, gave the order number and details and they were able to fix the problem. 10/10 customer service. 10/10 App. Highly reccomend

Customer support is nonexistent
My very first order was flagged as suspicious. Reached out to the customer support immediately. It has been 4 days now, no reply at all, also the order was still in pending status (it said the order should get cancelled after 72 hours). Extremely disappointed.
like that other person said, great app when it works
there are some gift cards that i can't change the info or balance on, or even delete them. it ends up making everything very confusing and hard to keep track of. sometimes when there is a software update that problem does not occur for the first few days after, but then goes right back to doing the same thing. i saw someone else had the same issue. if they know that's the issue then why not just issue out more software updates. like uber updates every week even if it's nothing noticeable. but like i said, great app, when it works.

I literally open the app and it was glitched. Couldn’t click anything and it didn’t even work. Uninstalled it reinstalled it same thing.

Dual Sim support
I have a dual sim iphone with foreign Sim card installed. Not working if the foreign sim is turned on. Why having this restriction?
Useless-
I took pictures of the front and back of my gift cards and scanned the barcodes using this app. I was given 3 for my birthday-then I log on the other day and my pictures are gone! now I have three gift cards that I can’t use because I don’t have the gift card numbers or the pins because my pictures disappeared! I contacted the app customer service and after many emails back and forth they never retrieve my pictures or tell me what happened to them. I am just told since I didn’t purchase the gift cards from Moola there’s nothing they can do and tell me to contact the gift card companies!? Now I’m out $200 worth of gift cards!!!! Thanks for the run around and no answers Moola. NOT PLEASED!!!
