Can’t even open it anymore after the update
Stuck on load screen
App is stuck n loading screen so cant do anything
Still just a flashlight
App is updated. But still cannot get past its loading page. This is the same for everyone in my group.
Terribly frustrating app
Wow it keeps getting worse. Can’t save a profile because every username entry records only the first letter. Can’t log anything because I can’t save the profile. Tapping “Not now” to completing your profile states that you can still log and won’t be reminded for 24 hours but of course it doesn’t work. Please hire an actual developer.

just had to delete the app and redownload to solve the issues i was having. which is weird because it seems to be board apps exclusively that have this problem. i’ve never had to completely delete and redownload any other apps to fix problems.
Worst climbing product ever
The app genuinely does not work ever, just infinite loading screens, how could you have such pathetic business practices?

Absolutely garbage app to use since the latest update. Cant log in, can’t change password, can’t log climbs. Sort it out please moon

Completely non-functional with iPhone 16. Now I can’t use my board.

If they don’t fix this app MB is done. Completely horrible and makes the boards (which are great) unusable. Everyone will switch to TB/kilter if they don’t get it it together like now

The app is ok but could be updated to compete with the other boards out on the market. Not sure why Ben moon doesn’t invest a little back into the app?

if the MB app just spins forever when you tap on a pinned board, download Boardsesh instead
Suggestion
I recommend an option to have a notes functionality for each climb when a user is projecting so they can make mental notes on beta holds in other information that is useful
Routes do not load after selecting a MoonBoard

After I select a MoonBoard in the app, the routes do not load. The screen remains empty, so I cannot view or choose any problems.
I have already tried restarting the app, but the issue persists.
