I was in the middle of a session and I got randomly logged out, it won’t let me log back in now even after changing my password
Bad app
Genuinely bad app. Makes it really hard to enjoy moon board. Lot of internal server errors, problems with connecting to boards, and accounts getting reset
App doesn’t work
I don’t typically write reviews… but the app has been unusable lately. Legitimately I’ve been attempting to simply use the app and I continue to have issues where the app freezes or doesn’t function. I am not even attempting to use the LED lights… pretty awful … and I’m bummed I even bought holds for this system honestly.

Not good for beginners
Other boards have plenty of easy problems to warm up on. This is out of reach for most climbers at the gym.

Worst app I’ve ever used in my life
Ever since the latest update, the app won’t even load the 2016 mb climbs, so I can’t even use the moonboard at my gym for its intended purpose. So many other problems, just absolutely awful, shameful really, they could vibe code a better version of this app for free but they won’t

If I had a pound for every time I was kicked off the app and had to reset my password I’d have enough to buy my own tension board and be done with this nonsense.
Only getting worse
Somehow the app continues to go downhill in reliability and ease of use. As someone else said, it really doesn’t seem like it should be so hard to have a reliable app. Especially considering how much you’ve gotta spend to get a board setup in the first place. C’mon people.

It’s quite evident that Moon board has spent zero dollars on design of the app user experience. It’s so incredibly frustrating. The app architecture is so convoluted for no reason. Literally just hire somebody and they could do it in a week. jfc

Stuck on load screen
App is stuck n loading screen so cant do anything

App is updated. But still cannot get past its loading page. This is the same for everyone in my group.
Terribly frustrating app
Wow it keeps getting worse. Can’t save a profile because every username entry records only the first letter. Can’t log anything because I can’t save the profile. Tapping “Not now” to completing your profile states that you can still log and won’t be reminded for 24 hours but of course it doesn’t work. Please hire an actual developer.
