Terrible after the latest update
Absolutely garbage app to use since the latest update. Cant log in, can’t change password, can’t log climbs. Sort it out please moon
Stuck on Load Screen
Completely non-functional with iPhone 16. Now I can’t use my board.
Lost account
lost 5yr old account and 100’s of accents in new update!!! Very upset :(
Suggestion
I recommend an option to have a notes functionality for each climb when a user is projecting so they can make mental notes on beta holds in other information that is useful
Routes do not load after selecting a MoonBoard

After I select a MoonBoard in the app, the routes do not load. The screen remains empty, so I cannot view or choose any problems.
I have already tried restarting the app, but the issue persists.

Poor user experience
App takes a long time to load without any hint to user. I don’t mind long loading time but atleast show a progress bar so I know the app hasn’t hang on me
Garbage App
I own a mini moon board. Recently this app was updated. It had issues previously. Now it just doesn’t work in many ways. Rankings no longer update, the filter for previously climbed problems doesn’t work. Today it just froze up and disconnected from the board while climbing.

Logbook Unfunctional
I've had the moon app for a decade and had no issues. Now suddenly my logbook has disappeared and I cannot for the life of me get any of my sends to save. Functionality has gone way down and for what? Seemingly so that moon can integrate a sales platform that I will never ever use.
Truly terrible
This app is so poor that it must be intentional. I could almost believe that it’s a work of satire, playing on how famously rubbish previous iterations of the moon board app have been.
Great board, terrible app.
One of the least intuitive apps I’ve ever used. Needlessly complicated, crashes all the time, takes ages to load. Too bad the board itself is so good.

Doesn’t work on my new iPhone. Makes the moonboard useless. Thanks for ruining something great.
New app still doesn’t work
The filter for ‘climbs I’ve done’ doesn’t work properly. Also the logo for climbs already completed does not show for many climbs. This app is endlessly frustrating. I wish they would just contract with the same person for kilter and tension so the community could have an app that works

Newest UI upgrade completely broke the app
Latest update got stuck at logo, needed to reinstall.
After reinstall, it forgot some of my sends (which like, how), then the search stopped working, the tags stopped working (I literally cannot search up or find problems), connecting and lighting up the board stopped working.
UI is maybe a little better but honestly a bit unintuitive.
I don’t know how it can be this bad. I’m just assuming the dev discovered vibe coding but is really bad at it. Just revert to previous stable build at this point.

Rarely works
When you open the app it is just stuck on the logo. Then if you try to delete and reinstall, it just gets stuck on the home page. doesn’t do anything, the app is pointless
