Terrible.
So many glitches, 90% of the time it won’t let you connect to board, not to mention it gets stuck on the loading screen forever until you have to remove the app entirely and re-install. Even that doesn’t fix the overall issue. Whoever is on the team of fixing the issues, please for the love of god just do your job correctly for once. Such a badly designed app. Not worth it.

App hangs
Couldn’t find a place to leave a bug report but as of 1/07/26 the app hangs upon opening and won’t progress past the moon logo. Usually works fine.

When trying to connect to the 2016 set on the new version of the app it loads infinitely until timeout. Disappointing.
Terrible update
After the update I lost my send records and favourites disappeared as well as my lists. My training routine is a disaster. Otherwise the app is fine.
Update broke it
The update on 6/26 broke it. Hangs at the moon logo now. Wasn’t great before, unusable now.
Does not load
The app hangs on the loading screen forever and doesn't open. Not much more to say. I'd be annoyed if my gym only had moonboards.

new update bricked old sends
seems like the new update was vibe coded or not tested properly.
lots of old sent climbs got automatically processed into a bad state where they were transitioned back to “unsent” with no way to get them back to the “sent” state except by clearing all old entries for them.
