I love this device but for some reason, the app will not allow me to sign in. I don’t think it can be used without the app.

What happened to the company? I have 2 Moonas and paid for but not received the latest model, but they’re apparently out of business!?

The heat was on in 2am

I was awake in 2am because the Moona reset the temperature to 82F. I tried to connect via Bluetooth but it kept logging me out. I was unable to pair the device and reset the temperature and wake up time. It did not allow me to login long enough to update the settings and I am now awake in the middle of the night! I love my Moona but this app is totally garbage!

Are you going to fix this crappy app or what????

Unreal, since weeks this app won’t work anymore. Reinstalled it and same garbage all over. Are you even supporting this product anymore. Thank you for screwing your initial investors and not even replying to emails.
