Highly effective in relieving my pain!
I find the app incredibly helpful. It is often the only thing that can relieve my pain. It also helps me feel calm any time I am too anxious to sleep. If you respond to music, I highly recommend trying the app!

I have never tried sound therapy or using sounds to heal pain, so I did not know what to expect from Moonai. I loved it!!! I genuinely felt relief from the sounds. I love that you can choose which sounds to use based on the time of your cycle. So cool!
Like floating inside the belly of a peaceful whale
I take way too much ibuprofen for period cramps and I was looking for a way to get my head off the pain and help me sleep. This app helps you zone out and relax. Yesterday I was listening to it on the couch and my super wired 10 yo son fell asleep š, he said it was like floating inside the belly of a peaceful whale. I couldnāt agree more.

I couldnāt use it for six days after I used the app, worst app to use, why canāt us women just find a app thatās for free and helps relieve period pain? Worst app ever

hey babes, sorry we can't fulfil your dream to make people work for free :( By the way, Moonai is free by having a credit of 3 plays per week, don't be greedy my love, some of us have rent to pay and working 12h/day to create a safe solution with this app. But love that fighting spirit and maybe sometime you'll understand innovation have cost and if women don't even support women entrepreneurs, we won't go far. bisou bisou

Works surprisingly well
I actually didnāt really think this app would work but it sorta does, the sounds are calming and put me to sleep which helped distract me from my cramps. Definitely going to use again š¤

Canāt believe how effective it is!!
While I havenāt personally used Moonai, I recommended to my best friend who has suffered with Endometriosis for years. Nothing relieves the pain for her and at this point she was open to trying anything that could take the pain away.
While she does admit that it doesnāt take all the pain, it has helped her enough that she is able to get on with her work day when before sheād be on the floor in pain all day.
Would definitely recommend Moonai to anyone suffering with period pain where traditional pain relief makes little difference!
