Went to use the car wash could not find the right moonbeam on app and was charge both for subscription & for car wash paid £36 in total never again!
ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Signed up, went to the car wash, twice. Each time, someone was already using the machine, proving it was operational yet when it was my turn, nothing. It didn’t pick up on my plates or start the service. It would only work if I made a further payment at the kiosk. I emailed twice, got no response. I called 8 times on different days and times, nobody answered. Finally, I requested my bank issue a CHARGEBACK and they recovered the funds within 24 hours. I recommend anyone else in the same position, do the same if they are unable to speak with customer service and ask for a refund.

Spotless finish
It’s claimed a spotless finish, well that’s not quite true, the air blower isn’t strong enough, you end up getting the towel out to clear the water off!
Bad support
When it works it’s fine but the washers are out of order 50% of the time , I recently put private plates on and the app won’t allow me to update the car or even delete existing car to add new car , I emailed support a couple of time and zero reply so for the second time I’m cancelling this account probably for good till is time , I give 2 star because that’s the amount of washes I got from a months subscription
