Wrong tarif
I’ve been on a single person tariff an now because I had a shower leak im gettin charged as a family tariff I am a single person in a 3 bed you’s can tell by my meter readings an still refuse to correct my tariff because it’s all about getting as much money from customers it’s a joke..
Easy to use
This is the easiest app ever for meter reading . Wrote the reading down and then opened the app and sent the reading according to the instructions. 10/10 for simplicity.
