Almost great
I’m a Stitcher Premium refugee, but I’m still looking for my new podcast home app. Two things made me keep searching: 1. I cannot figure a way to get something to play oldest to nearest, not from the very beginning. All info I’ve found on how to do this has been inaccurate. 2. If my listening gets interrupted by a phone call or other similar thing, it will not resume automatically. I have to navigate back to the app > the show > the episode > press play to resume. No other audio app makes me do quite so much to resume. I’m sad because i love the look of this app.

queue ?
this is a nice app that i would love to use, but if has no queue function from what I can see. I listen to podcasts at work and during walks, and I like to queue 5-6 podcasts at a time. it would be great if they added this function
the opposite of what it says
cant find anything worth listening to, and whack features eg when I find something mildly interesting from say npr or nyt there is no quick way to click on the profile and see other podcasts by that company.

Great app!! Basically cuts out all the mumbo jumbo in podcasts and gives you the best parts!
Almost Superb
I love this app so far. As I mentioned to the developers I just wish it didn’t start playback automatically. The developers replied to my email the same day. A keeper app.

The app is fun and well designed. Being able to listen to moments of a podcast before committing really helps! Also, being able to tip the creator is a nice touch.
Awesome discovery
Started using this app a few hours ago and its design and UX are awesome — so easy to navigate. Additionally, its recommendations are quite on point even though I joined a few hours ago.

I love podcasts but hate the functionality available on apple podcasts - it’s so clunky and time consuming to find new podcasts I like. Moonbeam has solved these issues - it is so easy to use and saves a ton of time that you’d otherwise spend aimlessly wandering on apple podcast! Highly recommend.

Super stoked to have this app now. Such a better podcast discovery place to go. One of my favorite things about podcasts is finding new ones that get me fired up and Moonbeam does just that! Excited to see what else they cook up on this app.

For the pod-curious
I’ve been stuck with the same list of podcasts for years. I add one if a friend recommends or it somehow shoots into my orbit, but otherwise I just don’t put the time into curating a library in the way I do with other media. I spent less than 5 minutes in Moonbeam and added as many new pods to my list. I legitimately had no idea there were so many worth exploring. Also, I haven’t seen the “tip” model before and this excites me very much. I’m looking forward to seeing the idea emerge as a mainstay for all the various digital media types.
