Not user friendly
I selected english as the default language but the privacy policy and terms and conditions are not in english and there’s no option to change it.

These are hands down the worst earphones I have ever used. They are so terrible that I have resorted to using a cheap pair of wired headphones for the time being. They are poorly designed, making it difficult to properly store the earbuds in the case. Even when not in use, they automatically connect to my smartphone, forcing me to turn off Bluetooth on my phone every time. The touch sensitivity is far too high; they react on their own even without being touched. The app is also extremely unstable, resetting my settings every time I use it. Customer service is completely ineffective.

Bought Space Travel 2 for 30 bucks and this app is highly customizable and it pulls way more weight than the money I paid suggests
Worthless
The app will not work on my iPhone or iPad. Too bad, because I like the earbuds. But without a working app, I can’t fine tune the eq.
Often doesn’t detect connected headphones
This app works well when it actually detects a connected headphone, but it rarely does. Expect to close and open the app several times when it gets stuck forever “Searching for Device…”.
App leave a lot to be desired…
I have had a lot of MOONDROP headphone products over the years, and just this week bought the Wuthering Wave collaboration open-ear headphones to try out the app. The headphones themselves are perfect; the app however needs a lot of work which to their credit they are updating it, but still feel the need to write a review hoping that the team can use some helpful feedback.
1. The overall lag going between menus
2. Not being able to see if my case and headphones are actively charging
3. Having to constantly search for my headphones when I open the app
4. Not knowing if the DSP I downloaded is actually applying to my headphones
That's kinda it the 3 stars is because it works and they are updating it just so I see the effort, but still sucks I have to go to Reddit to find work arounds :/

Doesn’t work at all on IOS waste of money
I recently bought the wuthering waves x moondrop earbuds collab as I love the game and wanted to support the Collab and I was excited to get earbuds, but I did not know that you needed the app to control them so I got the app on my iPhone as that’s the only phone I have and the app doesn’t work for anything

Does not work
Bought this to try to tune EQ for my newly bought Moondrop Moonriver 3. Could not even detect my AMP device. What is this app for?

It works fine but it has some bumps like having to constantly reconnect to my earbuds, maybe if you were allowed to save the buds on the app as something not to forget it would be better
Fine when it works.
It's a random coin flip any tone I'm using the earbuds if they're going to be detected by the app or not. Really frustrating.
Finally connected
Restart phone and recharge the moondrop space travel 2’s fixed my issues. App is good when connected. Don’t like having to create an account to personalize custom eq settings.
Moondrop U.C.T.S. unable to connect
App just shows finding device while the earphone is connected. Tried repairing no help.

Nothing but headaches. The official app on the website is not available in the US. (I have guesses as to why. 🎃)
This will not connect to my headphones. Which arrived “split” so that audio only played out of one earbud at a time. Figuring out how to do a factory restore took all day. Though I’m still not even sure it worked. However, both earbuds are now rejoined as a single unit, playing simultaneously, and don’t have separate listings in my bluetooth settings anymore.
Idk what exactly this app is, if it’s a stop-gap so that US-based consumers have access to the device settings, or an outdated app, or some kind of fake out. No clue.
Regardless, I’m tired and even more frustrated now.

Headphones good. App bad.
I genuinely love your CHU 2s. I have the originals, and just bought the DSP model and was hoping to tweak the EQ on them. The app doesn’t see them. No matter what I do. So I figured I’d try the Android app, and I did see them, about 2 times. Now the Android app doesn’t work either. How do I adjust my DSPs now?

Doesn’t work with wired CHU II DSP ear buds
Title says it all. I phone 15 pro max does not connect to the DSP for in app controls. Still sounds good stock, but what a major disappointment.

It took like a day for me to figure out how to get my space travel 2s to connect to the app which sucked. Had to factory reset them and then connect them to my phone again to make it work but honestly I don’t even care anymore because my headphones sound crazy better now that I have access to the tuning. Just wildly impressive but yah still annoying to figure out at first but totally worth it.

Account Login issue
I bought the Space Travel 2’s and the app works perfectly fine minus the fact I cannot for the life of me make an account to save my custom EQ presets. If you can’t fix it at least make it so you don’t NEED an account to save an EQ preset you made to your device .
