Headache to use
So most of the time this app forgets the devices paired to my phone. The Singer headphones have never worked properly. The only products that have any consistency are the TWS model’s Space Travel and MOCA. The Golden Ages sometimes works to connect.
Hard to link, easy to use if you do
If you're struggling to pair to the app, just forget the device from your phone and repair. It'll work after that. This app is pretty alright. Hard to navigate and some parts are still not in english, but the ANC tap command adjustments, the DSP EQ and gain adjustments, being able to turn LDAC on or off are real life saving features for my moondrop TWS'. Downloadable DSP's (lowered the stars on this review because you can't log onto the portal to download other people's DSP tunings. Once that's fixed I'll update the review) are completely broken. I will probably stick with Moondrop TWS for now purely because of the DSP on this app. Hopefully they improve on the translations, navigation and login issues.

I recently bought the Kadenz Moondrops and come to find out, I can’t even manage Echo-B’s EQ profiles in the app because it only works for android devices. I had to ask my friend to connect to his android to change it. Ridiculous! Make support for the iOS app!

I can’t pair my moondrop space travel with the app, it’s been loading for more than an hour and I can’t try the Equalizer
Won’t work with space travel
App used to work fine , albeit a bit slow. But after a couple of weeks, when I would try to change any settings of my moondrop space travel; I get a black screen.
Do Not Update
I regret updating the app. It worked previously but no longer loads the device page. The app is stuck loading my littlewhite, so I cannot change the EQ
Terrible Connection
With the amount of times I’ve gotten this app to connect to my Moondrop edge, I’m pretty sure the connection method is based off of the tide of the waves, the phase of the moon, and if Mercury is in retrograde
Not working
The app does not work. It connects to my moondrop space travel but I cannot tweak it, access settings etc so it makes the app pointless and the headphones ultimately less worthy of use

Great devices, terrible App
The app is slow. Sometimes doesn’t work. Just doesn’t work right. Click to open a scrolling menu of options but each option is blank. The app is required for some functions and just doesn’t work.

Paid over 400 for iems that are supposed to let you change the tuning through this app but doesn’t recognize the iems on the app no matter what i try. Nice scam
