My girls loved the projector and stories when they were younger and I loved reading the stories to them. Now they’re older and read independently I am passing it on to a friend but had lost all the activation codes, I emailed customer service to request the codes and they replied in less than 12 hours and resolved my query. Fabulous. 🥰

My kids love it
I have been using this with my kids for years! All my kids love it, won't go to bed without reading at least one. But wish they can have more Bible stories though.
Helped with what I needed
I emailed moonlite because I bought my projector second hand and didn’t have any boxes for the codes. So I emailed them and they gave me a code for each story I had. I just sent a picture of the wheels I had and then they sent back the codes. They all worked and so glad we can know use them. When I emailed moonlite, they were so quick to respond and reply. That’s the fastest service I’ve ever gotten on an email for help with anything. Highly recommend

Love Moonlite!!
We have been using Moonlite for a couple years now and while we run across some bugs in the app sometimes, I will say their customer service is top notch and always willing to help and they respond quickly! 5 stars for customer service, 4 stars for the app as there are a couple things we’ve come across that are a bit annoying but tolerable. Our kids love getting to pick out a story reel every night and getting to lay down and look at the pictures on the ceiling. It’s such a fun bonding time with our family! Would recommend the app and story reels to all friends and family!

My kids love bedtime with their projector stories. Customer service has been super responsive to any enquiries about int’l shipping and codes, so am very happy with both product and support. My kids who are approaching 8 still enjoy it!

I have a few of the Moonlite stories with the projector for my kids. All four love them. This review was prompted by the fantastic customer service I just experienced with Moonlite. I bought a 2 story pack. One of them worked one didn’t. I emailed as was prompted on the error message through the app. I got a response well within 24 hrs with a new code. I tried it and it didn’t work but forgot about it. They then took the initiative to email me to see how I was doing with my issue and followed up until resolution. I was very impressed with this. Sometimes I feel like a crotchety old lady sitting in my house thinking to myself “ no one likes to do their jobs right anymore”. Moonlite is still doing a good job ;)

Great product and customer service
We love the Moonlite projector and use it every night. I forgot to scan 2 boxes and threw away the packaging, and customer service was so quick and helpful.
My kids love it!
We love using the Moonlite projector at bedtime. Such a fun, calm way to wind down. Their customer service/support is also great. I threw away the box for one of our stories not realizing I needed the code to activate it. I reached out and received a reply within minutes and they resolved the issue!

Such a fun way to do storytime
My kids absolutely love the Moonlite projector, especially my four year old. It’s such a fun way to do storytime. We’ve purchased 8 stories so far and have loved every one.

My Kids Love It
I got a Moonlite projector secondhand with a couple of books. My kids absolutely go crazy for it and it makes bedtime so much more enjoyable. I even had an extra disc that didn’t have the original QR code and I spoke to customer service. They were kind enough to give me an additional code for the book which I was very appreciative of. It’s a really fun idea and I enjoy this product

Projector clip doesn’t stay
The projector clip hangs on to the edge and anytime my baby touched it (or I bumped it), it would fly off. Sucks.

My 4 yo daughter asks for it every night!

Wonderful customer service
I was so upset to find that my activation cards were lost for multiple books and my email was hacked so I couldn’t log in to my account. Fortunately customer service was able to help quickly and we are now enjoying these books. We have been enjoying them for 7 years now.

The app won’t even let me sign in. Keeps saying “oops something’s wrong.”
Cash Grab
Cute, and my 4yo. loves the stories that came in the box (4 Eric Carle stories). But when we went to order more stories, we discovered a single story costs $12! We cannot afford that. And what’s annoying is that every time you finish a story, a pop-up pushes a new story to pay for. It’s just a cash grab! Many of these children’s authors would be horrified.
