Needs a proper iPad app
This needs a real ipad app that isn't just the iphone app stretched, which doesn't scale to the full screen of the tablet.
Nice bot
It works great but the microphone button doesn’t work and i would like if the app could to work with my magic keyboard i have on my ipad pro. If the microphone button worked i would give it a 5 star
Does nothing
It’s useless. the apple to sit there I can’t control it. I can’t do anything with it. I can’t control the robot because the app isn’t working it tells me to login it says the server is not working. I can’t login I can’t create a new account I can’t do anything.

Fun but.. don’t get
It’s very hard to connect and it lags A-LOT even if you connect it with Wi-Fi it’s still super bad, it’s loud and annoying the voice commands are super quiet and it cuts off a lot when you use it patrols are super glitchy updates are hard to install and if you return to base or charger it just keeps going even if it’s on the base the charger is like 50 dollars and slow! Programming it in blocks is limiting and over all its just not worth it.

Serious allegation by another reviewer but good app
1 - Directions say to “allow local network access” but iOS users cannot do this it the app itself doesn’t request the permission. Turns out this permission isn’t needed. One just needs to turn on airplane mode.
2 - Once setup, app was smooth. Also supports more than one drone which is a plus.
3 - Wish they’d clarify one of the 1 star claims in the reviews here about the person getting someone else's house feed. This is a serious allegation by “Benefits for the people” on June 15th.

App connected me to someone else’s bot
The app connected me to someone else’s bot.
I had already successfully set up my scout and used it but then it just started connecting me to someone else’s.
I terminated the app and then restarted it several times and it continued to show me the view from a robot in someone else’s house.
I’m returning my scout. There’s absolutely no way I’m leaving a drivable camera in my home that someone else might randomly get connected to.

Hey the app is great… But can somebody please tell me why the camera is stuck loading.
Kickstarter backer
I got my bot via kickstarter, the process was simple, just donate and wait. I can’t remember if it shipped in time or not, to me it doesn’t matter. The developer had a idea, we gave him money to make the idea come true and they did it!!! When I first started playing with the unit I was very happy that it did pretty much everything they promised. Since that time I noticed that almost every month there is a firmware update and that’s fantastic. That just shows they are continuing to work on the bot and make it better and better. I heard rumors of some add on devices but haven’t seen much about it lately. These guys are probably busy locating parts and working on software for any upgrades. This bot is solid, it by no means is a light plastic piece of junk. With us having the ability to program it to run certain paths or do a few things it’s been a fun way for me to act like I know how to program a robot to do things.
DEVELOPE - great project, great idea, the build quality is one of the best kickstarters projects I’ve backed, and I’ve backed over 200. I’m having a ton of fun all I can ask is just don’t stop with the updates. If we need to subscribe to a program that will help fund your work a small fee may give us more features, kinda a investment on a already good product, just needs more work and time so we can all really benefit from the possibilities. Thanks for your follow through on the project!!!!!

Can’t sign up
My new Moorebot scout arrived today, downloaded the app to start playing but the app doesn’t complete the sign-up process, still waiting for an email confirmation code 9 hours later.
Amazing app and robot!
This robot can destroy boredom for years! Amazing patrol robot and great for entertainment!
Leaves base, never returns. Battery dies.
This is the biggest problem I have. The scout will leave its base without any input. I find him sitting next to the base with the app telling me it’s about to die.
This happens at least once a week.
My other issue Is that you need to implement faceID for the app. Having to log in all the time by typing the full email and password each time is getting old.

Needs work
App doesn’t connect to WiFi well, keeps dropping out with low connection speed, 100kbps. Makes it impossible to control Scout over a network.
Also, you should not have to login to simply use the app. This is unnecessary and should be removed.
The human tracking needs work, Scout moves too far back when he acquires a target (around 1.5 meters) making him crash into walls. Needs to be less, like 50cm distance to tracked target.

Meh
The use and setup isn’t very easy, it’s having troubles connecting to the internet and to our phone.

Finally got the bot. No complaints there, I know crowd funding things are slow. However, can’t say that it was worth the wait. The App is ok and easy enough to setup. However, the bot itself is just… well doesn’t work well. Doesn’t drive very well on carpet or hard floors, so not sure what the intended operational environment is. The propulsion idea is neat, it just doesn’t really function well. The return to home feature doesn’t work, just gets caught in an infinite loop and never docks, likely because it relies on precision movements which it can’t make… the camera positioning is fixed, so it’s a bit awkward - would be nice to be able to virtually move the POV up or down. I’ll keep playing with it and update my review if things improve, but right now I’d stay away.
