Login issues
The app overall is decent on my iPhone 13 Pro Max, but it rarely remembers my login and even after setting up facial recognition for logging in, it doesn’t do it. Frustrating to go to the app and always have to enter my member number and last name to recover.
Problem
Since the last update I can no longer get the keyboard to go off the screen on my iPhone to press the submit button.
Crashes more now!
I updated the app and now when I go to open my QR code it crashes and loads a page of coding errors. The last app ran better wish I could go back to it !
Watch support?
Great app! I’ll give it 5 stars if you add Apple Watch support. It would be great to scan the code on my watch.
Always a problem.
Bad enough ppl don’t want to join. If you’re going to have an app. Make sure it works and put money into it. Down half the time.
Provide lodge access regardless of app status
If this app is gonna be used for access to the lodge, it has to be accessible, regardless of whether the backend is up or down. You need to allow a screenshot so you can get into the Moose. Anyone can take a picture of their card and use it to get in why are you blocking taking a screenshot of the card?

Apple wallet??
App seems to work fine, but it would be nice if I could add my card to my Apple wallet.

Doesn’t work
I cannot get this app to work for me and my user ID/password are correct.

Doesn’t even recognize member number. No way to create account????
Can't update
in order to log into the app, you must update. But when trying to update the app it just spins. This causes the app to be totally useless

Needs face recognition to log in
Every time the app updates, it does not save my login or password in my keychain. Please add apple Face ID!
Needs Apple Wallet support
The app seems simple and functional. No complaints all. But it’s held back from being 5-stars by the lack of Apple Wallet support. If the membership card could be added to Apple Wallet, we wouldn’t even have to open the app. It’s much smoother to just double-click the power button and bring up the wallet then it is to unlock the phone, find the app, and go to the QR code. Otherwise, nice job, devs.

Maintenance
Should perform maintenance overnight. Members that rely on app can’t access card when down for maintenance.

Apple Phones
App does not appear to work on Apple phones. I tried it on my iPhone and had a fellow Moose member with iPhone try and neither of us could register.
Next button hidden
Filling out membership information and next button is hidden at bottom of page. You can scroll to see it but as soon as you let go it disappears back to the bottom. It won’t let you hit next.
