Not for Buenas Aires
Tends to leave one in the cold in Buenas Aires. Bus lines are extremely numerous here and so the idea of locking in one bus line falls short, and busses often bunch up making the schedule useless. Add to this, Movit has no real time data on the busses nor does it avoid routing you to a closed subway station. We tried the app for a week. Buenas Aires is beyond this app’s capabilities

NOT WORKING
FIX IT - can’t get live locations. App running SLOW AF. My phone has plenty of space and data. FIX IT.
Good but could do better
I hope you take this criticism seriously because the app is great but could do way better, the things I am about to list are genuine annoyances I have with this app:
1. I wish you would add a feature that allows to zoom in when scanning the bus QR code. Often the bus is super shaky so I try to sit quickly, but then I have to scan the QR to pay and often it's too far to scan. So I have to get up again which defeats the point. I know my camera is good enough to capture the QR most of the time so it's a shame.
2. I have moovit+ and I still get all the time notifications to join moovit+ and it's NEVER easy to just close the ad and it's super annoying and defeats the point of having moovit+

Yall be having the bus schedules up like yall know the time for real and yall don’t yall are unreliable and cause disruption to people day everytime you continue to not update your app to let people know ACTUAL time when buses arrive not just taking a damn guest on what time they should come because little do yall know but yall be off by 20-30 mins and it’s terrible do better or just end the app if all your going to do is lie

Inaccurate data
I’ve used this app since August of 2025 and it has never failed me until June. The bus data is inaccurate, the busses never arrive on the scheduled time and there’s NEVER accurate data.

I downloaded the app to my phone to find a way to get to Kalamata from the Athens airport and got a message saying “no service for this location “. Disgusting.
Great until it’s not
The app worked great at first for paying for busses until it blocked my account for no particular reason. No one answers the support phone number so there appears to be no way to fix it.
