Doesn’t work with US passports
This app doesn’t seem to work with US Passports or Colombian cédulas de extranjería. It asks for a verification code and shows where to find it on the passport, however, it only allows numbers and on that line on the US passport there are only letters. I attempted to enter every number 1-9 in the field (it only allows 1 digit) and it kept giving me an error message in portugués even though I’m trying to use it in Bogotá. I just spent an hour with technical service and they were unable to resolve my issue and the said the will escalate the case. It seems the app is not designed for US passports so we’ll see if they fix that issue or not.

Peor bike sharing app que he visto en mi vida
Voy a ignorar el hecho que estas son literalmente las bicis en peor condición que he visto en mi vida, son horribles a pédalear y el hecho que el plan de bici eléctrica es una literal estafa porque tienes más chances de ganar la lotería que de encontrar una tem bici eléctrica que funcione en Bogotá. Lo que de verdad me impulsó a escribir esta reseña es el hecho que (obvio no te dicen de frente, tienes que ir en los términos y condiciones para encontrar esto) el servicio de bicis se APAGA DESPUÉS DE LAS 10 DE LA NOCHE. NO FUNCIONA DESPUÉS DE LAS 10. Ridículo. Está app es una literal estafa, utilicen cualquier otro método de transporte en Bogotá.

Parece que desistiram do serviço em BH
Quando começou era uma maravilha. Sempre havia bicicletas disponíveis, sempre havia alguém repondo e fazendo manutenção. Hoje o número de bicicletas é baixíssimo, e quando tem alguma disponível, não funciona.
