Nice idea but app is non functional
The listed prices were a lot better than competitors and I love that I wouldn’t be supporting a massive unethical corporation, but the app is completely non functional. First it wouldn’t let me book a ride using my card as a payment method so I transferred money to the app, but I still could t book a ride. Now I’m going to need figure out how to get my money out of the app. Nice idea, but sucks in practice

Took Money, But No Car
The Moovn App had my debit card, but wouldn’t allow me to request a ride. I added money twice. Requested a ride three times. Nothing. I requested a refund three times for both transactions that resulted in no service. I needed to go to the ER. I’ve had to file a dispute with my bank.
Can't create account
After multiple attempts, I'm unable to create an account because the email to confirm my email address never arrives.
