Please do not use this app
I wanted to connect my card on the app and I tries several times. Every time the app was taking 1€ from my card. This app’s system is unacceptable. If I could rate it 0 stars instead of 1, I would.

We rent 2 electric scooters at Volos Greece.
We pay 5,10€ for 1,5km😂
10€ for 2 scooters. (A taxi was more cheaper)
I charged again money and now I have money on app that I can't take it back.
And the scooters was the worst. After one minute it's going slower for no reason with full battery.

I can’t even put my cards in poorly designed and not helpful at all for the customers

I am trying for a very long time to pay with my card and they won’t accept it I am literally giving u my money and u reject it and it says that I have to pay 5€ if I owe this app 0,50€ under its ridiculous I didn’t recommend pls fix this
