Please do not use this app
I wanted to connect my card on the app and I tries several times. Every time the app was taking 1€ from my card. This app’s system is unacceptable. If I could rate it 0 stars instead of 1, I would.

We rent 2 electric scooters at Volos Greece.
We pay 5,10€ for 1,5km😂
10€ for 2 scooters. (A taxi was more cheaper)
I charged again money and now I have money on app that I can't take it back.
And the scooters was the worst. After one minute it's going slower for no reason with full battery.

I can’t even put my cards in poorly designed and not helpful at all for the customers

I am trying for a very long time to pay with my card and they won’t accept it I am literally giving u my money and u reject it and it says that I have to pay 5€ if I owe this app 0,50€ under its ridiculous I didn’t recommend pls fix this
Unacceptable app and helpdesk
The app wasn’t stopping my ride and it kept charging my pass and moreover they charged my card without giving me a refund. This is a scam! I sent photos to the help desk to explain that they charged my card and my pass time without using their service and they didn’t reply!

Worst scooter renting service
Horrible the app lags and in order to finish ride you have to close and reopen the app also i rented a scooter which didn't even work it wouldnt go over 5kh and i parked it and it wouldnt stop in total it charged me 6 euro while i was trying to finish ride when i did not ride basically at all since it wasnt working and had to pay for the 20" that i was trying to finish ride.horrible.

BAD SOFTWARE
I TRIED TO ADD 5€ ON THE APP'S WALLET. WHEN I ADD MY CREDIT CARD GIVES AND RETURNS INSTANTLY 1€ TO MAKE SURE IT WORKS AFTER THAT IT DRAWS AN EXTRA AMOUNT OF 15€ EURO IN A WAY THAT NONE OF MY BANK APPS CAN DESCRIBE IT OR ASK ME TO AUTHORIZE THE EXTRA PAYMENT AND ON MY FIRST RIDE I PAY 5€ TO APPS WALLET AND ANOTHER 15€ FROM THEM IN A WAY THAT CANT PUT THIS TO THEM! IT'S THE DESIGN OF THE APP LIKE THIS.P.S. I'VE TRIES THIS WITH THREE ACCOUNTS AND THIS IS THEIR 'TECHNICAL PASSAGE' TO STEAL PEOPLE'S MONEY ALL OF MY THREE ACCOUNTS THE SAME METHOD THE TIME WHEN I USE ONLY THEIR APP. BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR WELL WORKED MONEY.

Επι δυο μέρες ειχα ενεργοποιημένο πακέτο πενταήμερης διάρκειας και όταν πήγαινα να ξεκλειδώσω πατίνι δεν ξεκλείδωνε. Έστειλα μήνυμα που εξηγούσα το πρόβλημα στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και δεν έλαβα απάντηση ενώ η προθεσμία του πακέτο παρέμενε ίδια χωρίς να μπορώ να το αξιοποιήσω

AWFUL- THEY TOOK MY MONEY
0 STARS , first of all the app is awful , it lags and it needs improvements . Second , I rented a scooter and it wasn’t working . ALSO I RENTED ANOTHER SCOOTER AND AFTER MY BALANCE WAS FINISHED THEY TOOK AUTOMATICALLY 10 EUROS FROM MY CARD WITHOUT MY CONSENT JUST TO PAY THE 0,01 euros I did more and now I am trying to get them back .

I tried renting 4 “scooters” for me and my friends and at first I realized the app is a disaster but anyways made the payment. After 30 minutes of trying finally we had 4 of them running. 10 minutes later two of them started going way slower than the others and we had to find new ones although we never did I was charged for 3 extra rides. And to top it all of I tried finishing the ride but my card wasn’t going trough wich means they used their policy which states tha the app will withdraw 10€ to cover the expenses. 10???? Why not 0.61€ I should have paid. Anyways ofcourse they kept the money and haven’t tried at all to at least make up a good excuse.
