The app was very useful. Has all the features in needed without too many extras that I will never use. Straightforward workouts with great video animations so I always know what I need to be doing. All access for $5 is hard to beat for workout programs this good!

Mack completely changed my life. I never thought of using an online fitness app and this exceeds all expectations. I didn’t even think about all the nutritional benefits too. Can’t recommend this enough.
