Something happened to the main page
Iโve had 4 model V19s and they all had the full info for each action (steps, sleep, heart rate, etc) on the main page. That all changed one day! Now thereโs just a band for each action and it has stopped showing the options for EKG & blood oxygen. Blood oxygen monitoring was one of the reasons I use this monitor. WHAT HAPPENED? And can the full function be restored?

Evidently there are 2 versions of the application. Used to wrk well, now not so much . Really would like to do a reset to original version. Canโt figure out how . Canโt contact the company. Guess I will just delete it ๐ก

They never answer my questions. I have been trying for 3 weeks. The new watch does not pair with my phone. It does not come up ad a choice. What do I do?
Function questions
My V19 setup or settings does not give option of wearing watch on right or left wrist. Iโm left handed so I wear my watch on the right wrist. I question the sleep data Iโm getting is accurate.
Takes for ever to sync
Doesnโt have an automatic sync feature. Have to manually sync watch to app or risk losing data is not done frequently. It can take several attempts to sync, a process that sometimes takes over an hour. Who has that much time just to sync a watch to a phone app?

I just bought one and its working perfectly it even has a insaine amount of features for its price I honestly underestimated it its so accurate

I have purchased (2). Both have stopped charging (working) after 6-8 months! Fool me once: Shame on you! Fool me twice: Shame on me!

Would not recommend this to anyone now you canโt save anything today like before app is useless was alright at first not now only good as a watch now like to see my results to compare them unable to now only play exercises or steps want to see my BP and other results EKG and others have to fix problems or get rid of it will have to find something else now.

Temperature
Temperature stays at 97.5 when actual temperature from fever is over 100 degrees. Can parameters bring adjusted for high & low temperature?
First time I chargedit was the last time it turned on

Changes data
The app often changes data. I will have a certain number of steps taken and it will record those steps. The next day it will list far fewer steps in the record. Iโve had as many as over 20,000 steps in one day and then in the record itโll only show that I had like 12,000 steps on that day.
