I play slots and get food comps on points. I was informed effective September 1st I no longer can get food to go in the restaurant. I’ve won over $100 in food comps. It expires in 24 hours as well.

Tried for years to open and sign in Morongo Casino but it fails each and every time to work for me. I have no problem for my other local casinos. Example: Yaamava Casino app is startling easy.
Terrible app
The app is a nightmare to get set up in asking over and over for passwords and not accepting them once completed. The app is living in old world tech as it won't rotate to landscape...what a mess

Bad comps
The rewards system is awful . Horrible return in free play . Just bad. Reaching black status means nothing .
Disappointed
I’m disappointed on how they shut down machines while you playing them and won’t reactivate them saying oh they’re full then turn around and open it up for other people on two different occasions customer service was called because I was playing multiple games and somebody else wanted to play it shouldn’t matter if I’m playing and putting money in the machine I’ve seen multiple other families doing it and they don’t get bothered at all. It’d be a husband and wife of a different nationality and they sit there and they play the games and nobody bothered them. Not even customer service.
