The rewards system is awful . Horrible return in free play . Just bad. Reaching black status means nothing .
Disappointed
I’m disappointed on how they shut down machines while you playing them and won’t reactivate them saying oh they’re full then turn around and open it up for other people on two different occasions customer service was called because I was playing multiple games and somebody else wanted to play it shouldn’t matter if I’m playing and putting money in the machine I’ve seen multiple other families doing it and they don’t get bothered at all. It’d be a husband and wife of a different nationality and they sit there and they play the games and nobody bothered them. Not even customer service.

I play all the time and loose more than I win, getting tired of loosing, just being honest about it, it’s not what it just to be, I’m a regular since the first little 4 walls with machines that have scratchers in the mid 90’s so think about how I feel, see other people who win big jackpots and I don’t win much, kind of like I want to go to other places but I like Morongo, hope my next time is better, thanks.

I Enjoy every minute when we visit. We both may not be winners by the time we leave, but usually it’s one of us in the positive. We stayed in the canyon view smoking room on the ninth floor. Use reward card when you play cause you earn comps. My last visit I used a comp night, totally free.
