Can’t log in

Created an account however can login as no email has been received to validate the account and unable to get in to purchase tickets for school event.

So I was trying to buy my homecoming tickets but then it wouldn’t let me login because it said my user didn’t exist.. then I tried to sign up and it said my user DID exist? So which one is it.. not very helpful considering my homecoming is coming soon and this was the only way for me to get tickets. Fix ur app plz because I need my tickets

This is app is confusing for me I signed up and waited two days to login but it’s doesn’t let me log in and I registered again but it says my account already exists and when I log in it says that that account doesn’t exist someone help me.
