Useless App
This app is completely useless.
Every time I try to log in, it directs me to Duo Mobile. After I finish authentication, I go back into this app, and it freezes on a loading screen asking me if this is “my device.” It won't let me click yes or no and just buffers for eternity.
UTSA, please bring back the old app or fix this one.

Unable to access
App is not useable.
Would like to access things on my phone while I’m on the go, but have to pull out my laptop to get things done.

Shame
I wish they didn’t disable the old app. Even though the older app was slightly dated it worked way better than this new faux app. It’s a glorified website that doesn’t recognize your saved passwords so you have to enter it every time. Then upon entering you’re met with an “app needs to be updated” notice but there is never an update available. You’d think for all the tuition students pay, they’d get a decent functioning app.
