Fixed my sleep
I don’t normally write reviews but I felt I had to after my experience with this app. For context, I’ve had issues with my sleep since I started college and dealt fatigue all throughout the day. I downloaded this app on a whim and haven’t looked back since. I found out my ideal time to sleep and begin tracking it, implementing the improvements the app suggested. The change wasn’t immediate, but only a few weeks in and I was already feeling more energized. Hoping the benefits keep coming
