Latest update can’t use FaceID, phone ID, Password or PassKey.
Their Autopay is trash
Autopay is absolutely trash. I keep setting it up and then the next month I’ll get a past due notice. Over it.
Was great.
The app worked great until a week ago. It won’t let me log in now stating “security check failure” but I can log into the website just fine.
Awful!
I have 2 accounts and it will only let me view my electric. I can not view my fibernet even though their instructions on their website says you will be able to switch between accounts and that’s not true at all!! Not happy at all with this new portal!
