Wasn’t bad but wasn’t very great either
I recently used Bulwark Pest Management for a pest issue and had mixed feelings about the experience. The technician, Travis, was polite and did communicate well before arriving. He texted me when he was on the way, asked questions about the issues I was having, and discussed the palmetto bug I saw in my backyard along with some sugar ants we’ve been dealing with.
He placed ant bait/traps in my garage and mentioned that he would spray the perimeter of the house. However, I personally did not see any spraying being done, aside from noticing some ant bait in the backyard afterward. I also wasn’t aware he had finished and left the property, and since my doorbell may not have been working, I wish there had been clearer communication before leaving.
When I called the company afterward for clarification, I was told he could come back out, but I didn’t have time to wait around for another appointment that day. The supervisor I spoke with wasn’t very helpful and mainly focused on the $150 fee rather than addressing my concerns about the service itself.
Overall, I just wish the service had been more informative and transparent about what was actually completed during the visit. For the price paid, I expected a little more communication and clarity.

Payment Schedule
We have been trying to get our service monthly payment scheduled to our schedule prior to service and have been unable to do so. In May the bug service left some spider webs, no biggy but others might not agree.
