Exceptional Service – Highly Recommend Bulwark!
I recently fired Barrett Pest Control and switched to Bulwark, and the difference is night and day! They were absolutely great from start to finish. They showed up right on time and were incredibly professional. It is easy to see why this local company has been around for over 25 years—they provide a true hands-on service that you just don't get elsewhere.My technician, Eric, went far above and beyond to ensure my initial servicing went perfectly. I have a large home, and he was extremely accommodating with the extra space. Whenever a task fell outside of their normal routine, Eric immediately called his supervisor, George, who authorized it on the spot to ensure everything was handled and completed correctly.Both Eric and George even provided their direct contact information to ensure they were available if I had any follow-up questions or issues. Unlike my old pest company, Bulwark clearly uses high-quality products instead of cheap alternatives. Eric was completely honest, highly transparent, and took the time to educate me on the specific pest issues in my home and how to prevent them.The pricing was very reasonable, and because they are highly experienced with larger homes, the entire process went incredibly smoothly. I would highly recommend Bulwark to everyone!

Amazing service
Bulwark has been amazing for us for years. We stay with them for the service. Our tech “Ian” is the reason we stick with bulwark. He is amazing and does such a phenomenal job. I have never had service, ownership or overall dedication that we see from Ian.

Terrible app
The app used to be so easy to use and now I never can make appointments through it. I loved that I could easily just make an appointment and see who my tech would be and now if it’s not next day appointments you can’t see anything available.
Wasn’t bad but wasn’t very great either
I recently used Bulwark Pest Management for a pest issue and had mixed feelings about the experience. The technician, Travis, was polite and did communicate well before arriving. He texted me when he was on the way, asked questions about the issues I was having, and discussed the palmetto bug I saw in my backyard along with some sugar ants we’ve been dealing with.
He placed ant bait/traps in my garage and mentioned that he would spray the perimeter of the house. However, I personally did not see any spraying being done, aside from noticing some ant bait in the backyard afterward. I also wasn’t aware he had finished and left the property, and since my doorbell may not have been working, I wish there had been clearer communication before leaving.
When I called the company afterward for clarification, I was told he could come back out, but I didn’t have time to wait around for another appointment that day. The supervisor I spoke with wasn’t very helpful and mainly focused on the $150 fee rather than addressing my concerns about the service itself.
Overall, I just wish the service had been more informative and transparent about what was actually completed during the visit. For the price paid, I expected a little more communication and clarity.

Payment Schedule
We have been trying to get our service monthly payment scheduled to our schedule prior to service and have been unable to do so. In May the bug service left some spider webs, no biggy but others might not agree.

If we have something get inside our home, they come next day to treat our home.
Doesn’t provide timely invoices just “pay via bank draft or credit card”
I only pay via check and will only ay it’s a written invoice describing the date of service, who was the technician and description of exactly what was performed. Every other pest service provides this simple task and tired of “make your payment via bank draft or credit card”!

The app and website don’t work, don’t bother trying to make an appointment on either, you will get through the form and then it will tell you there’s an error and you must call them and then they will tell you to use the portal when you call them and you’ll have the tell them it doesn’t work and they will do
