Beware with refund policy
My experience with Choice Home Warranty has been extremely disappointing. I paid $1,260 for a 3-year contract but canceled after just 3 months. I was told I would receive a prorated refund, yet they only refunded a fraction of the cost. They deducted $260 in "fees"—claiming $35/month for 3 months plus a $135 "claim value" fee—even though I NEVER filed a single claim or received any service. This hidden fee was never disclosed during sign-up. This feels like a deceptive way to keep customer money. If you cancel early, do not expect a fair prorated refund. Buyer beware

Worst company ever
They don’t have any agents to follow up with any simple task you ask for. I requested for someone to come out to assess my AC. Almost a week after they still don’t have an agent to come out and access the problem. And the hardest part is when you try to cancel the policy it’s hopeless they keep transferring and putting you on hold and they never call you back. Talk about a waste of time and money.

1st Claim. Refrigerator
This is my First Claim since having Choice Home Warranty.
What a horrible experience in has been ! Correspondence is almost impossible, I was offered a low ball offer for a replacement refrigerator , and was told it would come in the form of a Lowe’s gift card. They push you to immediately accept their offer.
The case manager was very rude, when I finally got to talk to him. I could go on & on , but I am so frustrated , I could scream !!
I’m so sorry I ever changed to this company from AHS , they are a total ripoff.
