I never write reviews… but I am absolutely obsessed with this app! The learning course was extremely helpful. I really enjoy chatting with people from around the world! I even made a friend here! :) Huge thanks to the creator for brightening my life with this app!

It Would be Better
It would be better, almost perfect, if you could hook an external key to the iPad or iPhone for sending. I have used “VBAND” web site using a iPhone 16 and a key.

Great for learning Morse code
I’ve been using this app for one day, and I’ve already gotten better at Morse code. Talking to people is also just fun, and it’s also fun to have to decipher all of the messages when you’re starting out using Morse code.
Good but some problems
Hello.. why isn’t it possible to delete one letter if I make a direct chat with someone ? I can only delete the whole sentence .. that is annoying

I’m trying to send a message and it keeps giving me weird letters I keep tapping the right ones but it comes up a different letter every time. Need the bugs and fixes to work out. I paid too lol. Other then that great!
Not Impressed
Good concept but keying features are weird when using the on screen key. I’ve tried the straight key as well as keyer.
If I could connect an outboard key (my own) it would be 100% better. I’ve been hamming for 59 years and have an extra class. My code speed is in the 25-30wpm. I use straight key, electronic keyers, and bugs. Hopefully there will be improvements.

Hi, we tested the in-app purchase and it should work without any problems. It’s very strange that the premium purchase was cancelled for no reason. We certainly didn’t cancel your purchase because we don’t have the power to do so. I strongly recommend you to get in contact with Apple if you didn’t cancel the purchase yourself. Best regards.

So this was great, it introduced you to the alphabet a little at a time, but I used this thing called “hello Morse” to help me remember the sequence. I recommend looking at hello Morse before/while you do this. One problem however, is that you can go back levels to review. While that is nice, it doesn’t let you go back to where you originally were. So, I didn’t know what the button did, so I pressed it a bunch and now I have to redo a bunch of lessons. Other than that, it’s pretty good.

Hi, with the free version, you can chat with people from all over the world in Morse code in Public Rooms, join Private Rooms and text individuals with direct messages. I believe those are the main functions of Morse Chat and that’s why I made them free. The premium version gives you options such as auto-translation but they’re not essential.

A “Glitch“
I used to be obsessed with trying to learn morse code. It started by looking at pictures, remembering each letter, doing each letter with a flashlight, then putting the letters together to make words and eventually sentences. This got so confusing so quick though, so as the desperate person I was, I downloaded their other morse app, but that‘s not the topic.
Anyway, I downloaded this app to find other Morse Code fans and to send and decode morse messages. It was pretty fun to say the least. I also played around in the practice area. But then my game randomly stopped and put me in the type and convert it into morse area in the middle of a word and played this very long note. This was very irritating to my ears so closed the tab. It stopped for not even a second and continued on their other app they made, so I had to close that tab too.
Otherwise from that, this game was very enjoyable. fun, and helped me learn a bit more morse. I recommend this app to anyone who love morse or want to learn more morse.
