I have tried most of the mortgage apps for IOS and this one gives you more flexibility with your payoff strategies.

Excellent app
Very handy app to help you calculate payments over years and total amounts you would pay. Really useful to compare mortgages and work out best deals for you.

A lot of features and easy to use
Better than excel
This app works well to find out how much interest will be charged and how much is spent at any given time during the life of a mortgage. I also use it for comparison shopping.
