Dialer not working when i allow the contact n microphone on the dialer installation tym it will closed automatically or i don't allow contact n microphone dialer working normally but destination side can't hear my voice pls fix the error

I depend on this app to call my family and friends, it was working perfectly until last update.now its not working at all since almost a month. Y the heck the developer ruined the already perfect working app . I am willing to pay the fees too. Its not working on my iphone 5 as well as on my ipad 4 . Please fix or less i"ll be deleting this app soon .
