Great app for all seasons of motherhood

This app takes care of every stage of motherhood. The workouts challenging yet attainable. I love the variety of styles & duration of workouts. Madison is a great trainer who is even more passionate about making a difference in supporting moms on their journey. I cannot give enough stars for her!

For all moms!

I love this app! It is perfect for every stage of motherhood. There are meditations, pregnancy specific workouts, posture stretches, postpartum strength and cardio challenges, the list goes on. Madison really tailors to mom life, too - workouts I am loving now (my youngest is 1) range from 10 mins of core to 50 mins of cardio depending on how much time I have. Madison is encouraging, knowledgeable and relatable. If you want a great workout resource that keeps giving - this is it! :)

Loving this app

This App has been so convenient for me. I am a mother of two littles and going to the gym or workout class isn’t an option for me at the moment. So having this app with workouts of all types has been very helpful. I workout on my time and get to choose the workout i’m in the mood for as well as the length of time it takes because some days I just have 15min. Love it!!
