Good idea, needs improvement
I love that mother’s has introduced this reward system it has a lot of potential to keep customers coming back. It’s really kool in theory, but I have some issues.
-Whenever I visit one of the locations to try and redeem a reward or just earn some points from a purchase the workers never know how to actually use the rewards system on their end. So what they will often say is that it’s “not working”, or tell me that the location isn’t a part of the promotion so I have to try a different location. There needs to be more extensive training for the workers so they can have the confidence and knowledge they need in order for this system to work. Maybe create an internal video guide or something idk.
-Additionally, there’s something more technical for the developers to look into. For about the past week or so, I lost all the rewards I had accumulated in the app and now wherever I spin the wheel daily, only the reward from that day displays under the rewards tab. So for eg, even though I got a reward yesterday and the day before, only the one for yesterday showed and then I spun again today, didn’t get a reward, and now the reward tab is completely empty😔 loll
I look forward to being able to use this app more in the future so I hope these issues can be addressed soon.🤞🏾
