MotifPilot 1.1.0 is now available and includes fixes for the freezing and reliability issues you reported, along with deeper Dark/Trap generation controls and more varied arp patterns. Please update and try it again on your iPhone 12 Pro Max. AUv3 MIDI plug-in support isn’t included yet, but you can export the generated MIDI to Cubasis 3. If you still experience any freezing after updating, please contact us through App Support so we can investigate.
