Perfect

Just what i was looking for, easy to use. My knees are happy now.

Response from developer

Samantha, thank you so much for the kind words and 5 star review! “My knees are happy now” genuinely made our day. We’re glad you’re finding it easy to use, and we wish you continued progress. Keep up the great work!

It helped

I was feeling soreness in my knees after doing lunges, the instructor assured me that my form was correct. She said the soreness would go away in time, a year later the soreness was borderline of pain in my knee after doing lunges. I felt like there was a problem with my right knee, i found this app. After contacting the developer and asking some questions he directed me to the exercises that would help to strengthen my hip, and knee muscles. I can tell when i do not do them, as i feel the discomfort starting, but when i do the exercises i feel relief, i am confident that as i keep on doing these exercises in time i wont need them. Excellent App, it still needs work but it definitely on the right track.
