Functionality failing
App started off well, but recently stopped updating average journey mpg, which by far was its best feature. Reported but no fix for more than 6 months
Pretty Good App
Overall the app works well. Just one thing I can’t do is lock the car from anyplace like my vehicle did before it needed this app with the associated device.

Would love a pre start through the app for either heat or ac. I live in a small town in Colorado so half the time would love to pre start my car w some heat going but also live in Az half the year so would love a pre setting for ac

False sense of security
This app does not deserve the one star rating. I was upgraded to the 4G and forced to use this app on 1/28/2022. Since then I have been at my dealership twice for a total of 5 hours trying to get it to work correctly. The support contacts seem unsure of their answers when we contacted them. Upon leaving dealership yesterday, I checked my phone and opened the app before starting a 40 mile trip. Evidently, something stopped the app from scoring my drive - so I don’t know if the safety options are working or not. Audi shame on you for rushing this and causing so much inconvenience to your customers.

Lagging
The app lags A LOT! It’s about 5-10 behind the actual distance.

The app provided useful functions while supported by Audi. You could lock the doors, locate the car, etc. Now it plays no use

Good tool
Nice to be able to check fuel look at trips monitoring where vehicle is located. It would be nice to get some added items like lock and unlock maybe remote start.

Okay App
I expect more from Audi. I can’t lock/unlock my doors nor can I see if my doors are locked.

The app is great, wish they would add a widget too see fuel and other information in the Home Screen.
Unresolved Issues
While, I do believe the app is a good app, there has been one big unresolved issue from the very beginning. The application keeps telling me that Bluetooth is not connected or it is not connected to Bluetooth. The app is definitely connected to Bluetooth as it’s giving me information regarding the car, however, your company has never resolved this issue. I have deleted and reinstalled the app and reconnected many times even with your online help to no avail. Please fix the issue. Thank you.

Good app, but feels limited
Good app. Especially considering it’s free and it didn’t exist when I bought my Audi S5. Feels a little limited, I wish I had more control functions like lock/unlock but it gives a good amount of information and insight.
It is OK. Lags behind competition, Needs additional features
App is OK. Lags behind competition though, and needs additional features. It is Fast, collects and displays lots of data, but you cannot unlock or lock the car, or check if all the windows are closed, or even view the current mileage unlike in the newer Audi app. BMW and Benz had these functions, why can’t Audi??
Also, the new Audi app is clunky and slow to all get out. The BMW and Benz apps are not. Moreover, they allow you to remotely start the car. Why is Audi so inept at software?

Reinstalled
Reinstalled per developer response and app is working now. Helpful to see where my car is while getting serviced, borrowed, etc. I do miss the ability to lock/unlock from the previous app.
Original review: App won’t let me sign me in since a couple months ago. Keeps stating there is internet connection issue when internet is fine.

I have nothing nice to say about this app
I have a 2017 A4 that I’ve owned since new. The original app that worked with the cars 3G system was so much better. It gave me to cars mileage, the estimated range based on amount of fuel in the tank, I could lock and unlock the car, etc. Motion does none of this. It doesn’t work when I am using CarPlay. It gives false alarms regarding something happening to my car and has delayed response of up to 5 minutes when notifying my that my car has been locked, unlocked or started a trip. And to top it off, my car requires Premium fuel, but it only gives me pricing on regular fuel sold in the area.

Pointless
Has very little day to day functionality. Can’t use it to lock / unlock doors. No remote start… all the basic things are missing
Got an email from the app company a few weeks after writing this and they said they couldn’t bring over these features from the old app…
This is AUDI! How can every other car company offer these basic features in an app and yet AUDI cannot.
Either get better app developers or revert back to the old app that had these features.
We don’t buy luxury car brands to not have features that you can get from a Chevy or Ford.
