I just downloaded the free app and I am loving it! The motivational quotes are amazing. I have already downloaded a half dozen to share with family and friends. I especially enjoyed the breathing exercises. I can closed my eyes and feel the stress in my body releasing with every exhale. I am so glad I found this app.

I like the quotes from this app but it’s so not cool to receive a notification for a quote only to open it up to an Ad! So not cool! I most likely won’t use this app any longer for that reason!!!
