Does not connect to my V 100S waste of time and effort
Useless
Phone pairs with the bike easily but the app cannot find the bike and won't connect. I've tried everything.

L’app funziona bene e fa quel che deve, mi piacerebbe una grafica meno anni 2010 e un collegamento in automatico senza doverlo ogni volta attivare da app.
Kein Support für fehlerhafte Anzeige
Habe die MIA Hardware gekauft und die App installiert. Es wird ein Verbrauch von 2,2 km/l angezeigt, was ungefähr um Faktor 10 zu hoch ist. Für 25€ die Software für MIA aktualisiert… App neu installiert.. kein Erfolg. Vom App Support und vom Multimedia Team nicht einmal eine Empfangsbestätigung erhalten… seit Wochen warte ich auf eine Antwort… Schade :-(

Out of date
App is ok, connection to bike is a bit hit and miss but satnav is at least 5 years out of date (my road is not shown as existing yet is on Google, Maps etc. Service details confusing - mileage or annual or both?

A distanza di un anno dalla segnalazione l’app non funziona più se non connessa a MIA. Eppure era utile anche non connessa specialmente per lo scadenzario. Mah

Perfekt ist anders aber als add on super. Nicht zu vergleichen mit einem richtigen Navi.
Well intended, poorly executed
Out of the OEM developed motorcycles applications I have experience, this is (disappointingly) the worst.
The maintenance section.
It’s incorrect for the mileage intervals. It feels that this should be a tool to help you forecast what your expected service interval items would be for your next maintenance period. Instead, it’s just a confusing blanket list of the items that’s not identified by mileage or time. So you end up having to go back to the manual anyway, which is why the app should support. The manuals information.
I can’t connect a second bike in the garage. That’s frustrating, I want a second Guzzi, but don’t want a separate device just for the app use with that bike. A request to Moto Guzzi for assistance went unanswered.
That affects my willingness to consider this brand for a future motorcycle purchase.

Funzionale
Utilizzo l’app da un paio di settimane sulla mia V100S con grande soddisfazione. L’integrazione con il sistema Mia di Guzzi é molto comoda. Riesco a gestire le chiamate e la musica direttamente dai comandi a manubrio della moto. Anche la navigazione non è male e si integra bene con il cruscotto digitale.

No conecta
Es curioso, porque el iPad sí que me conecta con la moto, pero el iPhone no hay forma de conectarlo sí que enlaza a través del Bluetooth pero luego la aplicación no hay forma de que conecte con la moto
Da migliorare
Discreto ma migliorabile. Non è per nulla intuitivo connettere il navigatore che bisogna tutte le volte riattivare prima dalla app da un bottone rosso in basso per nulla esplicito e poi dalla moto. Lo svantaggio inoltre è che il navigatore funziona solo col telefono per cui se non hai batteria del cellulare niente navigatore. Infine le funzioni di MIA andrebbero migliorate come la regolazione del cupolino che dovrebbero essere di immediato accesso.

Non va
Purtroppo l’app è fatta male e, peggiore delle cose, la navigazione non funziona per niente: se si imposta un tragitto questo non compare sul display della moto pur essendo lo smartphone abbinato. Paradossalmente ricevo chiamate e posso gestire la musica (quest’ultima ritengo sia una cosa inutile mentre si è in moto) ma non so dove vado! Pessimo lavoro: bisogna assolutamente migliorare!!!

Potential but no support and broken features
This app has so much potential to be great but falls very short. Here are my issues,
1.) It claims the ability to add multiple MIA enabled MG bikes to your garage, YOU CANNOT. Once you pair a MG with the app, it will only sync with that motorcycle and no other even if the bike’s BT-ROUTER is synced with the iPhone as indicated. The only way to have it sync with a different bike is to delete the app, reinstall and then sync it with another bike. It makes using it with multiple bikes in your collection completely unfeasible and irritating.
2.) NO LANDSCAPE MODE with any of the Dashboard and Navigation functions. It’s 2025, not 2012. Not everyone uses portrait mode on their motorcycle and landscape when using it as an additional digital dash is so much better especially with bikes like a v7.
3.) NO SUPPORT. The MG app manual is a complete waste of time and provides no help. No online support as emails are never returned and calling Piaggio will just get you voicemail that asks you to leave a message that is never returned.
4.) Navigation is lacking any real route planning or decent guidance. Using Google Maps, or any other navigation app, has far more functionality and precision. Don’t waste money paying for it.
I love MG and have been a fan of their motorcycles all my life. It is such a disappointment that this app is so lacking in basic functionality and support. At this time, in the current state of this app and their support capacity, I cannot recommend purchasing or even using the MIA features for your MG. I truly hope Piaggio does something to make this app truly functional and useful and provide the customer support behind it.

Won’t work
Initially wouldn’t connect to the bike ( new v100 s). Re installed the app now I can’t even login
Improved and still minimalist
This app allows the rider a bit more info on his riding and extends the possibility of inbuilt GPS without having to strap a phone to your handlebars.
Schwache Performance
Die App läuft und zeigt auch die Informationen des Motorrades an, jedoch muss man sich jedes Mal innerhalb der App mit der Maschine verbinden. Das nervt arg doll!
Zudem kann ich übers Motorrad kein Siri aktivieren, keine Musik steuern und die Navi-App funktioniert auch nur semi-gut.
Alles in allem eine schwache Performance für so einen Konzern! Habe mir mehr erwartet und Mia teuer einbauen lassen..

Impossible de connecter
Ca ne veut tout simplement pas se connecter
Buona App peccato per la rotazione
Navigatore funzionale, soprattutto perché visualizzabile sul tft della moto, ma andrebbe implementata la rotazione sullo schermo del telefono.
