Slow gameplay. Poor progression.
It has slow gameplay. The progression isn’t good. It frequently asks if you want to watch a video when you try to collect instead of just letting you collect. More of a chore than it is fun.

I like the game but no offline cash or diamonds and I finished the 1st round and can’t move forward. It’s like the game is froze.

Started the game OK and it’s not bad, fairly standard game play.
And, according to the literature you advance as you go however, there is no option to advance to another level or city to continue playing the game! The Map icon was on the game screen when I began but has since disappeared so what’s going on?

The graphics is what keeps me playing. Great voice acting and campaign game play but there’s something missing.. Devs please add more features, maybe multiplayer, and events.

Boring because it is so slow. Everything is slow. Cars are driving slow, there is no offline revenue so you start the day afresh with some cars… appearing… slowly… and driving… slowly… to… your… buildings… and then the staff… serves them… slowly… I thought this game would be fun but it’s so… boring…
