Buy ads still ads music is playing when I have it muted
Also just unlocked base silent I turned off the music, but music is playing

A "No Ads" purchase that still shows ads is unacceptable - and music playing while muted is a separate bug on top. Both need fixing. Please write to game.support@hypercell.games with your receipt and device details right away. We'll do everything we can to make this right.

Shanna, we totally understand the frustration - paying for something and feeling like it didn't deliver is disappointing. The No Ads purchase removes all forced interstitial ads, but the optional "watch an ad for a bonus reward" buttons stay in as a free way to earn extras. Those are never forced - you can always skip past them. If you'd like to talk it through, we're at game.support@hypercell.games.
