I recently went through Motor City Express and bought a “The Works” membership. The wash was great. Car came out very clean. Site in general is spotless. Staff super friendly. App works super seamlessly for me. Excited to collect rewards - staff said to expect merch available
Good car wash Bad app
I got a coupon for a free car wash so I took advantage of it. Car wash was excellent so was the facility and the employees. When I went to open the app and purchase a membership that’s where everything went downhill.. apparently it created an account, but I can’t get into it. When I put my phone number in it never sends me a verification. When I called I was told that the app wasn’t working right, and to just come in and they would take care of me. Would be great if the app was working properly
