Can’t Join
I click on the join button, it takes me to the screen to enter my email and password and the app locks and I can’t type anything. Running latest iOS and never had any problems with any other apps. Obviously a bug that needs fixing.

Great app, very impressed with the unexpected bonus of having my cadence/RPM showing up in the app, which adds to the intuitive/interactive appeal of the app.

Muitas propagandas
Entendo que no modo gratuito propagandas são necessárias, mas 30s de ad pra começar e propaganda a cada menos de 10s de treino, é de quebrar qualquer treino. Estou lá focada, está difícil o treino e tenho que parar pra fechar a propaganda de tela inteira. Estou procurando um app que não interrompa meu treino. Um abraço.

I am having issues with the app. When I click the Bluetooth to connect to a bike it flashes onto my screen for a split second. I have emailed twice but no response.
I can’t join a team either. The same thing happens. I have deleted the app. Re-installed

Can’t access data
I used to use the other Motosumo app which allowed you to look through your past rides for free. Without that feature this app is significantly worse.
Amazing
This app is life chasing. I tried echelon, apple fitness, peloton, this is the only one that is a lot of fun and interactive also the teacher are interested in knowing you. Amazing app
Ads won’t close on free version
Classes are good and I love the idea of using my phone to measure RPMs (I have a road bike on a basic trainer). But I tried to use the free version of the app a few times and always had the same problem: log in, click to join class, get an ad pop-up, and then the ad won’t close. It’s not my screen; phone’s brand new and no issues on any other app. I finally just signed up for the free trial so I could actually do a class, but I’ll be cancelling. Too bad “free” just means “unusably annoying”.

So so good!
The ads aren’t as annoying as I thought they would be. They don’t interrupt the class and the instructors are awesome!! Also the RPM in the app is scarily accurate to my bike, it was only 3/4 rpm out.
Best Spin App (Got even better!)
I started using Motosumo last winter during Covid. I instantly fell in love. There is nothing comparable to how awesome this apps concept and instructors are. And even better it’s now FREE!!!! FREE!!! How amazing is that 🤜🤛 Thank you Motosumo team!
