Great pizza, bad app
The app is just horrible. You can’t add a credit card while you’re ordering, it empties the cart if you click on the wrong thing. Today it’s just restarting in the middle of my order, losing my cart. And they show offers that my local store doesn’t even support. Very bad app. Very good pizza!
Doesn’t let me put card info
The whole point of this app is to order ahead of time. Says my card info is invalid for multiple different cards. No point in having this app if it doesn’t work.
No Longer Usable
Previously I loved this app. I ordered almost weekly for pizza Fridays. I have not been able to access my account for nearly a year. Every time I try, I get a pop up saying my email or phone number is already used. This happens when I try to go through the migration process and when I try to log in via a browser. I’ve tried resetting my password multiple times. Nothing works. Consequently, I have been ordering from a different pizza restaurant most weeks. I’ve gone from weekly MM to maybe 5 times this year. Something needs to be fixed.

They arent even trying
When you open the app the first thing you get is a yes/no question about migrating existing account and reward points. you click yes. takes you to a screen that requires you to fill out information including email address of the existing account. hit submit. you get an error message that the email address is already taken. well duh this is my existing account you are supposed to be migrating. With all the laidoff software engineers out there you guys couldnt find a single one to build a decent enough app? what a joke.

I recently dined at Mountain Mike’s Pizza, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure our orders were taken promptly.
The highlight of the meal was, of course, the pizza! We ordered the Pineapple Chicken Luau , and it was loaded with delicious toppings. The crust was perfectly crispy yet chewy, and the cheese was wonderfully gooey—just how I like it. Each bite was a flavor explosion, and I couldn’t get enough.
What’s also impressive is their variety of offerings. Whether you’re in the mood for a classic pizza or something a bit more adventurous, Mountain Mike’s has you covered. The fresh ingredients really made a difference, and you can tell they take pride in their food.
We also tried their wings, which were cooked to perfection and paired beautifully with their house-made ranch dressing.
Overall, I highly recommend Mountain Mike’s Pizza for anyone looking for a casual dining experience with delicious food. I can’t wait to go back!

Not worth the headache.
Not sure why there was so many issues on this app. Couldn’t barely place an order.
Terrible
Terrible app won’t allow me to click on rewards, constantly said “can’t use multiple rewards while only clicking on one”. Trash app this is how you lose business.
Not a native app. Your are better off ordering online.
I happen to be an app developer. It just uses webviews (lazy and cheap) instead of a true native app. If you have to ever use the back or reload button, you have to start from scratch (it wipes out everything) including retyping your address (even if you are signed-in)
So disappointed
I am always anxious to order pizza from Mountain Mike’s. We love the pizza but their technology doesn’t work well. I downloaded the app and went to “migrate” my account, but after manually filling each section - it wouldn’t allow my phone to autofill- it said “email account taken” - well Yeah! That’s why I was migrating from the web to the app. I hate calling to order pizza- but it’s always the easiest method. Keep making great pizza!

A little pricey but good
Delicious fresh salad in ingredients. Pizza needs more cheese but has plenty of pepperoni and bread seems oven baked.
Stuck in loop if you already have an existing phone number
Unable to merge or create a new account due to my phone number being in the system already. No way to get around it and can use the app. Worthless

This app is absolutely the biggest mess of an app I’ve ever used! It is not user friendly, you are unable to use discounts, and the app gave me a headache, it would be different if the pizza was amazing but it is really just mid pizza at a bougie price! Deleting app now!
Horrible app
Went to add my card details and asked for address and zip code of my card, which I gave. The app would not take any of my credit cards. I won’t be using the app or ordering MM anytime soon.
Register?
If I have to register to view the menu…. Goodbye
