Unfortunately doesn’t work
I was very thrilled about this app because I always have to open my browser and go to mountain - forecast. Com and although it’s not much of a process I always thought there should be an app that did this. I especially wanted to be able to check up on the weather without being connected to WiFi. This app unfortunately couldn’t even locate a mountain near me let alone give me the weather for them. Even when I manually entered the mountains, it was never able to provide me with the summit weather. Great idea but definitely really needs some work.

No weather
I’m having the same problem. It displays a little info about the mountain but I can’t find any weather. Odd, given the name. And odd there’s no reply to the August review. I wish it worked.
Not for Wind River Range
Kept it several days to see if there was just a momentary glitch, but could not get weather info for any of the major peaks within 50 miles of my location. Many peaks were listed, but they all had errors retrieving weather.
Excellent idea, but not for NH
I live in an area surrounded by several smaller mountains and they aren’t listed on the app, which is understandable since only so many can be listed, but one of them is Mt Monadnock, which is said to be one of the most hiked mountains in the world. I also tried getting information for a couple of peaks in the White Mountains of NH but after close to a minute the info still hadn’t loaded.

Great app for hikers
Great app. I am located in southern Nevada and most of the mountains can be located on this map. I am not able to locate Mount Charleston so hopefully this will be added in an update. This app is easy to use and I really like the climbing “fun facts” that are provided when a page is loading.
