Since work, now retired
I used Movavi in my working life with both effectiveness and pleasure. I have been retired for a little over a year now and I have missed being able to create Great videos with the Movavi software so I’m very happy to have found it again online and I’ve signed up for another year of successfully engagement with Movavi. I was told to buy one subscription to access what I needed to use, but it was not the one I actually needed. So, I needed to by and different one. Both were canceled last month, but turns out they’re not. Navigating this app/website in order to cancel my subscription is a tedious task, and the customer service line won’t even pick up the phone.

click bait for a tool that has zero support, tutorials and one that is really one dimensions … unable to add multiple clips to create a personal reel .. expected a better more effective solution

All I can say is haters gonna hate! This app gets some hateful comments BUT I highly recommend it! It is so good! Me and my siblings have Barbie dolls and we make up storyies and video them and turn them into movies to show our family! We have been using Apple Clips but it no longer exists :( I was Googling apps like it and this app popped up! I absolutely love it! The edits are perfect and I ca use it for free! Ужасный редактор. Прошлая версия намного была проще и лучше . И изменения не «чуть-чуть» а конкретные в этой.?Всё что было отлично стало ужасно. Как вернуть прошлую версию на телефон ?!??

Gave me an additional false charge of $53 when I only purchased the $20 one month charge(ended up paying $75). Basically no way to resolve it, and support center is the worst I have ever come across.

Unexpected Charges
I got Movavi for my storytelling class and immediately regretted spending $20.90 on October 15, 2025. I couldn’t even get the program to open, so I cancelled my 1 month membership right away. Despite cancelling, Movavi charged me again on October 22nd for $49.95 for no reason. I have no idea why I was billed after cancellation.
Then today, November 22nd, I was hit with yet another charge for $26.70. I’ve tried multiple times to access the refund page, but it conveniently refuses to work every time I try to use it.
At this point, I’m planning to take this to my bank and dispute every charge. This has been one of the most frustrating subscription experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend Movavi to anyone.

Not friendly for traditional Chinese user
Wanted to edit Chinese characters. However it doesn’t work with my iPhone keyboard .
